Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in a relevant field.
• 5–6 years experience in a similar role within UAE banks/financial services.
• CISI Level 1 certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong selling skills with knowledge of financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the value of the client base through Mashreq Gold products and services.
• Identify and address the financial needs of HNW clients.
• Achieve revenue and portfolio growth targets across a range of products.
• Maximize profitability while countering competition with appropriate investment options.
• Acquire new to bank HNW clients and maintain proactive client contact.
