Qualifications

• 10-15 years banking experience with 5-10 years in wealth/private banking.
• Strong ability to source and transfer HNW client portfolios.
• Sound understanding of credit risk assessment and portfolio management.
• KYC/compliance discipline aligned with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Source new qualified clients for Wealth Management as per business plan.
• Generate net fee income through investments and grow Assets Under Management.
• Maintain regular contact with clients; conduct face-to-face meetings and document activities.
• Profile clients’ risk/return and ensure ongoing suitability with Investment Advisors.
• Increase AUM with existing clients and deepen relationships.
• Provide monthly portfolio reports and forecasts to Team Leader.
• Plan accounts with Team Leader and Head of Distribution to meet client needs.
• Ensure consistent service delivery at all touchpoints with clients.
• Provide market feedback to Product/Business teams on developments.
• Attend trainings and stay updated on financial market changes.
• Maintain ethical and professional behavior to safeguard the Bank’s reputation.
• Regularly update Head of Business Development/Wealth Management on performance and market changes.
• Assess client financial standing to monitor credit risk and ensure quality of portfolio.
