Job summary

Emirates Islamic is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer for Priority Banking in the UAE. You will provide end-to-end service to Priority Banking clients, support Relationship Managers, and ensure priority handling of inquiries and requests.

Key responsibilities include processing applications, resolving complaints with First Contact Resolution where possible, following up until resolution, and maintaining data accuracy in CRM.

Qualifications

• High School or Bachelor degree required.
• Relevant experience in related/similar job.

Responsibilities

• Provide end to end customer service to Priority Banking customers as per bank TATs.
• Assist Relationship Managers with servicing requirements and processing applications.
• Ensure Priority Centers service is provided on priority.
• Address customer complaints and provide First Contact Resolution where possible.
• Follow up until resolution and escalate when necessary.
• Post-resolution follow-up to ensure customer experience.
• Adhere to policies to safeguard bank interests.
• Report discrepancies to management.
• Cross-sell to Priority Banking customers and ensure at least 5 products.
