Qualifications
- Lead the architecture, design, development, integration, and verification of FPGA and microcontroller-based firmware systems.
- Establish and enforce firmware engineering standards, certification practices, and development methodologies in accordance with industry and defence requirements.
- Chair technical design reviews and oversee the development of Firmware Requirements Specifications and ICDs.
- Mentor and develop engineering teams while contributing to technology roadmaps, tool strategies, and future firmware capabilities.
