Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking an experienced endpoint security specialist to serve as the technical expert for the support team. You will analyze endpoint telemetry, diagnose complex issues end-to-end, and troubleshoot integrations with EDR, DLP, and MDM solutions.

The role includes coaching the Sales Engineering team, collaborating with Engineering/QA, and maintaining runbooks and a lab to validate endpoint behavior.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Windows and macOS endpoint agents and security.
• Kernel-level understanding of Windows (ETW, WFP, memory management).
• macOS internals experience (Endpoint Security framework, System Extensions, MDM).
• Track record of analyzing endpoint telemetry, logs, and diagnostics.
• Experience resolving interoperability issues between endpoint agents and security tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the endpoint expert for the support team.
• Critique endpoint findings to separate signal from noise.
• Troubleshoot integrations between Reach and third-party endpoint/security products (EDR, DLP, MDM).
• Diagnose complex customer issues end-to-end using logs and telemetry.
• Uplevel the Sales Engineering team through technical coaching.
• Partner with Engineering and QA to report defects and validate fixes.
• Create and maintain runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
• Maintain a test lab to validate endpoint behavior.
