Remotedxb is seeking a seasoned full-stack engineer to own and deliver major features from prototype to production. You will ensure performant code, pixel-perfect UI, and robust error handling while influencing technical decisions and product direction.

In a high-growth environment, you will diagnose production issues via instrumentation and take part in customer calls to prioritize impactful work that delivers measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver major features end-to-end, from initial prototype to production deployment.
• Take full responsibility for the quality and polish of what you ship: performant code, pixel-perfect UI, and thoughtful error handling.
• Drive technical decisions with strong judgment, knowing when an RFC adds value versus overhead, and when to bet on speed over completeness.
• Diagnose production issues using instrumentation and measurement.
• Actively shape what gets built: attend customer calls, question priorities, and ensure the work you're doing delivers real, measurable impact.
