Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of endpoint administration and IT support experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Manage Engine Endpoint Central.
• Experience in patch management, software deployment, endpoint configuration management and device control.
• Good understanding of Windows 10/11 administration.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Basic networking troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Endpoint Management & Security: manage endpoint policies, patches, and compliance.
• End User Support: provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Services: assist with user accounts and app issues.
• Operational Support: track incidents, maintenance, asset management.
• Security & Awareness Support: assist security audits and investigations.
