Job summary

Nagarro in Dubai seeks a seasoned Product Owner with 10+ years of enterprise‑grade product delivery experience. You will drive strategy, manage backlogs, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality releases.

Lead backlog grooming, define epics and acceptance criteria, and coordinate across business and delivery teams. Strong Agile/Scrum expertise and excellent stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong expertise in Agile / Scrum frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience in backlog management, prioritization, and refinement.
• Excellent skills in user story writing and defining acceptance criteria.
• Strong experience with JIRA / Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong business analysis and requirement elicitation experience.
• Good understanding of SDLC and enterprise-scale delivery.
• Experience working with distributed and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end backlog management
