Job summary

Involved Solutions in Dubai is hiring a Product Owner to own the Core Corporate product suite (corporate accounts, virtual accounts, escrow, cash and liquidity management) for a greenfield build. This is hands‑on ownership, not PM, translating domain input into structured requirements engineers can build from.

You will drive the roadmap, design the product logic, and coordinate across Tech Ops, Risk, Compliance and Treasury to ensure delivery. Strong stakeholder presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years' experience owning a digital product 0→1 or through major re‑platform at a bank or fintech.
• Able to run BRD/PRD process personally, comfortable with epics, user stories and cross‑functional sign‑off.
• Experience across Tech Ops, Risk, Compliance in a banking/fintech context.
• Confident presenting to and challenging senior stakeholders.
• Background in transaction banking, corporate accounts, cash & liquidity, or payments is a plus.
• Comfortable with cloud-native, API-first, event-driven architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for corporate accounts, virtual accounts, escrow and liquidity management.
• Drive the BRD/PRD process end to end including flows, epics, user stories and criteria.
• Design business logic for product behavior, data sequencing and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Tech Ops, Risk, Compliance and Treasury to unblock delivery.
• Own stakeholder communication, presenting progress and risks at steering committee level.
• Support other product pods with requirements craft and delivery discipline.

About the role

• Own the roadmap for corporate accounts virtual accounts escrow and cash and liquidity management
• Drive the BRD PRD process end to end including process flows epics user stories and acceptance criteria
• Design the business logic behind how products work sequencing data decisions and customer experience
• Work across Tech Ops Risk Compliance and Treasury to resolve dependencies and unblock delivery
• Own stakeholder communication presenting progress and flagging risk at steering committee level
• Support colleagues across other product pods with requirements craft and delivery discipline

Requirements

• 8-12+ years' experience, having owned a digital product 0-to-1 or through a major re-platform at a bank or fintech, as a Product Owner or technical/digital owner, not a project manager
• Able to run a BRD/PRD process personally, comfortable with epics, user stories, and cross-functional sign-off
• Experience working across Tech, Ops, Risk, and Compliance in a banking or fintech context
• Confident presenting to and challenging senior stakeholders
• Background in transaction banking, corporate accounts, cash and liquidity, or payments is a strong plus, though deep domain expertise isn't required
• Comfortable with modern build approaches: cloud-native, API-first, event-driven architecture
