Job summary

Yallo Retail in Dubai seeks a digitally savvy Product Owner to drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and adoption. This contract role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams and internal platforms such as SPARKS.

You will own and groom the product backlog, lead sprint planning, define KPIs, and manage stakeholder expectations while guiding cross-functional teams through complex environments.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years in Product Ownership, Digital Delivery or PM.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint or Canva.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead need capture initiatives and validate product roadmaps.
• Manage kick-offs and ongoing engagement with business stakeholders.
• Own and groom product backlog; drive sprint planning.
• Define KPIs and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
• Develop adoption strategies and training materials post-launch.
• Bridge between business and technology teams; report to leadership.

Seeking a digitally savvy Product Owner to drive end-to-end digital product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and adoption. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and internal platforms such as SPARKS.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement & Needs Discovery:

• Lead need capture initiatives and validate product roadmaps
• Manage kick-offs and ongoing engagement with business stakeholders
• Align priorities with internal teams and governance committees
• Estimate business benefits with stakeholders

Business Requirements & Solution Design:

• Gather and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into solution designs
• Define implementation scope and validate feasibility
• Conduct fit-gap analysis with existing solutions

Product Ownership & Delivery:

• Own and manage product backlog
• Drive sprint planning and delivery cycles
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment with business needs

Portfolio Management:

• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to sunset
• Define and track KPIs
• Provide regular performance updates to stakeholders

Change Management & Adoption:

• Develop communication and training materials
• Drive adoption strategies with business teams
• Gather feedback post-launch and iterate improvements

Communication & Reporting:

• Create high-quality presentations for leadership forums
• Support SPARKS-related communication and reporting
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams

Key Requirements:

• Digitally savvy with strong understanding of digital products
• Minimum 5 years experience in Product Ownership, Digital Delivery, or Project Management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint, Canva)
• Ability to work cross-functionally in complex environments
