Job summary

Dicetek LLC seeks a senior Product Owner to drive digital product initiatives in the banking/financial services space. You will own product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and ensure mobile-first delivery while coordinating across product, tech, and operations teams.

You will need strong Agile practices, excellent documentation, and the ability to write BRDs/FSDs and user stories. A Bachelor’s or related degree is required, with experience in BFSI digital transformations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in digital product ownership/management within banking or financial services; with delivery of mobile-first products.
• Minimum 3 years in BFSI digital transformation and process automation initiatives (customer journeys and/or operational workflows).
• Strong project and stakeholder management with cross-functional alignment and conflict resolution.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience; backlog management, user stories, release planning; Jira/Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms: Mobile App, CRM (Dynamics 365), onboarding/eKYC, Core Banking, docs, PM systems.
• Excellent communication and documentation; write BRDs/FSDs, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria.
• Ability to lead as Product Owner for a product stream and make outcome-driven decisions.

• Proven experience integrating enterprise platforms: Mobile App, CRM (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365), Customer Onboarding/eKYC, Core Banking, document management, and project management systems (e.g., Primavera Unifier).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to write clear BRDs/FSDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to work independently as the lead Product Owner for a product stream and make outcome-driven decisions.

• Understanding of security, privacy, and regional regulatory requirements (e.g., data residency, audit trails, consent).
• Certifications: PSPO/PSPO II or CSPO, PMP/PRINCE2, or equivalent.
