Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong expertise in Agile / Scrum frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience in backlog management, prioritization, and refinement.
• Excellent skills in user story writing and defining acceptance criteria.
• Strong experience with JIRA / Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong business analysis and requirement elicitation experience.
• Good understanding of SDLC and enterprise-scale delivery.
• Experience working with distributed and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end backlog management
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements
• Convert business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Act as a single point of contact for business and delivery teams
• Make priority and scope decisions to maximize business value
• Support UAT execution and obtain business sign-off
• Ensure alignment with business objectives, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Track and report on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery
