Job summary

Volantes Recruitment are supporting a confidential advanced eVTOL engineering programme with the appointment of a Principal-level Battery Life & Fleet Health Engineer. This is a highly technical position focused on lithium-ion battery degradation, life prediction and state-of-health strategy for demanding, safety-critical applications.

Candidate should have 10+ years in battery engineering, deep knowledge of Li-ion degradation mechanisms, expertise in cycle-life and ageing prediction,
