This role focuses on lithium-ion battery degradation, life prediction and state-of-health strategy for safety-critical applications.

Based in Dubai, UAE, the position is onsite, full-time, and targets leadership of battery life and fleet health initiatives across the programme.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' battery engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of lithium-ion degradation mechanisms.
• Cycle-life & calendar-ageing prediction.
• State-of-health definition and estimation.
• Retirement/replacement criteria for battery assets.
