Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Primary Mathematics lessons aligned with school curriculum standards and student learning needs.
• Teach core Mathematics concepts including number operations, place value, fractions, measurement, geometry, data handling, patterns, and problem‑solving.
• Support students in developing numeracy confidence, logical thinking, accuracy, reasoning, and independent learning habits.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities, assessments, learning resources, and digital materials to support effective classroom delivery.
• Use differentiated teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with varied abilities, learning styles, and academic levels.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment that encourages participation, discipline, and curiosity.
• Assess student progress through classwork, homework, quizzes, tests, observations, projects, and formative assessment methods.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate records of attainment, progress, attendance, behavior, and classroom performance.
• Identify learning gaps and support students through revision, intervention activities, and targeted classroom support.
• Use practical examples, manipulatives, visual aids, and educational technology to make Mathematics learning meaningful and interactive.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (mandatory).

• Strong Mathematics subject knowledge with the ability to explain concepts clearly to primary students.
• Previous experience teaching Mathematics in a school environment (required).
