Job summary

Rebel Logistics LLC in Dubai is seeking a Pricing & Operations Specialist to join our office-based team. You will formulate sea freight quotations, negotiate carrier rates, manage import/export documentation, and coordinate end-to-end FCL and LCL shipment lifecycles with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and global agents.

The role requires 2+ years in freight forwarding, a relevant degree, and deep knowledge of sea freight pricing and carrier rate structures. This is a full-time Dubai office position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on freight forwarding experience.
• Deep knowledge of sea freight pricing and FCL/LCL procedures.
• Familiarity with bill of lading and carrier rate structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop competitive sea freight pricing models and tariff structures for FCL and LCL cargo.
• Negotiate spot rates and volume contracts with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and international logistics partners.
• Oversee full shipment execution, booking confirmations, cargo tracking, and delivery monitoring.
• Prepare, verify, and process import and export trade documentation in compliance with maritime customs regulations.
• Serve as the operational liaison between clients, carrier reps, and overseas partners to resolve shipment delays or bottlenecks.
