• Knowledge of air import products and cargo types moving into the UAE.
• Understanding of UAE import clearance, documentation and applicable charges.
• Ability to prepare accurate quotations, negotiate rates and coordinate with agents, airlines and internal teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding systems.
