Job summary

Agslog is seeking a Pricing Manager to develop and implement pricing for Air, Sea, Land and Courier services in a global freight forwarder context. You will collaborate with international vendors, monitor market trends, and lead weekly pricing reviews to drive profitability and client satisfaction.

The role requires 8–10 years in global freight forwarding, including 3–4 years in a supervisory role, with a focus on data-driven insights to support sales growth.

• Collaborate with international vendors to negotiate rates and ensure seamless service.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to adjust pricing strategies.
• Ensure timely submission of quotes to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Hold weekly pricing meetings to analyze team performance and opportunities.
• Maintain import/export tariff references with valid rate sheets.
• Manage ongoing shipments and provide proactive updates to clients.
• Assist onboarding of new key accounts for seamless integration.
• Work with sales to develop pricing strategies for converting new accounts (LOCAL & NETWORK).
• Provide data-driven insights and market analysis to support sales growth.
• Verify pricing reports to analyze win/lose opportunities.
• Perform additional tasks as required by supervisor.

• Weekly pricing meetings to analyse the team performance and evaluate client / vendors support.
• Maintain all import / export tariff with ready reference rate sheet with validity.
• Manage ongoing shipments, providing proactive updates and resolving issues as they arise.
• Support the onboarding of new key accounts, ensuring seamless integration and efficient handling.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop customized pricing strategies that aid in converting new accounts (LOCAL & NETWORK)
• Provide data-driven insights, market analysis, and innovative solutions to support sales growth.
• Verify the pricing report to analyse the win/loose opportunities.
• Perform other related tasks as required by immediate superior.

8 - 10 Years Global Freight Forwarding experience including 3-4 years in a supervisory role.
