Job summary

Bar Al Aman Cargo LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Pricing Executive to support our ocean and air freight business. You will source competitive rates, prepare quotations for the sales team, and coordinate with carriers and agents.

The role requires at least 2 years in freight forwarding pricing, strong negotiation and attention to detail, and knowledge of Incoterms. UAE experience preferred; UAE visa and medical insurance provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding pricing experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent follow-up and quotation accuracy.
• Ability to independently source rates for multiple lanes.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and freight documentation.

We are a growing Dubai-based freight forwarding company looking for an experienced Pricing Executive to support our ocean and air freight business.

Responsibilities

• Source competitive ocean FCL LCL and air freight rates
• Obtain rates for both import and export shipments
• Negotiate with shipping lines airlines NVOCCs consolidators and overseas agents
• Source rates for new unfamiliar trade lanes when required
• Compare pricing routing transit time schedules free time validity and local charges
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for the sales team
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers agents and logistics partners
• Maintain an updated rate and supplier database
• Coordinate closely with sales and operations
• Follow up and negotiate for improved buying rates

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding pricing experience
• UAE freight forwarding experience preferred
• Good knowledge of ocean FCL/LCL and air freight pricing
• Experience dealing with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, consolidators and overseas agents
• Good understanding of Incoterms and freight documentation
• Ability to independently source rates for different international trade lanes
• Strong negotiation, communication and follow-up skills
• Good attention to detail and quotation accuracy
• Existing carrier, NVOCC and agent contacts are an advantage
