Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Presales Solution Consultant who combines deep technical knowhow with business strategy to deliver customer value on the Now Platform. You will drive digital transformation for regional Enterprise customers, lead workshops, and partner with sales to close high-impact opportunities.

The role requires strong executive presence, fluency in English and Arabic, and willingness to travel across the region, including to KSA.

Qualifications

• Proven presales solution consultant with ~8 years of experience or more.
• Strong background in architecting cloud-based platform solutions.
• Deep knowledge of low-code, RPA, APIs and integration.
• Experience leading client-facing workshops and executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovative business solutions and digital transformation for regional Enterprise customers on Now Platform.
• Consult with customers to understand business needs and articulate solution value.
• Lead workshops for ideation, co-creation, development and validation of solutions.
