Job summary

Linkinghumans in Dubai is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with fluency in Arabic to lead the design, development and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients across the region.

You will mentor delivery teams, translate business requirements into robust technical designs and drive platform upgrades, integrations and governance while ensuring best practices and strong stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 6 years hands-on ServiceNow experience across ITSM ITOM CSM HRSD or ITBM.
• CTA certification preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
• Strong background in Service Portal development, mobile apps and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture design and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Develop, configure and integrate ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards and platform governance.
• Drive integrations using REST, SOAP and other APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consultants and developers.
• Oversee platform upgrades, releases and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
