We are partnering with a leading technology consultancy in the UAE who is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect to take ownership of platform strategy and technical direction across a portfolio of client engagements.

What you\'ll be doing:

• Shape and maintain the platform\'s overall architectural roadmap, keeping it aligned to best practice and business objectives
• Build secure, scalable solutions that make full use of what ServiceNow can offer
• Set the technical standards other builds and integrations are measured against

Delivery & Integration

• Drive delivery across core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and others as engagements require
• Manage integrations between ServiceNow and the broader enterprise application landscape
• Keep data integrity and consistency front and centre across connected systems

Build & Customisation

• Guide the customisation and configuration of applications to fit specific client requirements
• Lead custom app and module development, with a focus on long-term maintainability
• Ensure everything shipped is properly documented for future teams to pick up

Governance & Quality

• Put governance frameworks and best practices in place and hold delivery to them
• Run periodic checks on platform performance, scalability and security posture
• Keep engagements compliant with relevant regulatory and organisational requirements

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

• Work directly with client stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical solutions
• Act as a technical reference point for development and admin teams
• Report on platform strategy and health to senior leadership with clarity and confidence
• Track new ServiceNow releases and capabilities as they land
• Spot and lead automation opportunities that reduce manual effort
• Champion improvements that make the platform easier and better to use

What you\'ll bring:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline (advanced degree a plus)
• 12+ years in IT overall, with 7+ years specifically on ServiceNow
• A track record of leading implementation, customisation and integration work
• Prior experience in a leadership or architect-level role within a complex IT setup
• ServiceNow CSA certification (required); CIS certification (preferred)
• Additional ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, ITOM etc.) a strong plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable operating client-side
