Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Architect to serve as a functional and technical expert, guiding customers through ServiceNow implementations and accelerating adoption. You will lead and support sales cycles, collaborate with partners, and advocate for customer needs within ServiceNow to drive business outcomes.

The role requires broad platform knowledge with depth in multi-product workflows, enabling the creation of integrated solutions aligned to enterprise architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI to improve work processes, decision-making or problem-solving.
• 3 years experience with ServiceNow across pre-sales and delivery.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external teams.
• Ability to communicate with executives and business/technical stakeholders.
• Experience presenting complex multi-technology solutions with business value.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' business to ensure successful ServiceNow implementations.
• Work with Sales Solution Consulting and SAEs to qualify, manage and close Expert Services opportunities.
• Engage with large strategic customers and C-level stakeholders on transformations.
• Lead a team of ServiceNow and partner resources to support sales cycles and cross-sell.
• Act as authority on ServiceNow ES project methodology and best practices.
