Job summary

Confidential is seeking a customer-facing Presales Engineer who bridges business requirements with technology solutions and supports regional opportunities from qualification through proposal submission.

The ideal candidate will have experience across Digital Identity Solutions, Border Control & Security Solutions, Biometric Technologies, FinTech Platforms, and Large-Scale Government Digital Transformation Programs, with strong solution design and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, or similar role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable and commercially viable technical solutions.
• Experience preparing technical responses, solution designs, and proposal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business, operational, and technical requirements.
• Lead solution workshops, technical presentations, demonstrations, and PoCs.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures and prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and bid documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, product, and partner teams to develop competitive solutions and winning strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to contract award.
• Support commercial discussions by aligning technology capabilities with customer objectives and business outcomes.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and partner solutions to address customer needs.
