Job summary

Elvira Executive Business Center is expanding its sales team in Dubai to attract premium office tenants in Business Bay. The Business Development Executive will drive occupancy growth through lead generation, office viewings, and strategic negotiations, building strong relationships with corporate clients and brokers.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in commercial leasing or related fields, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and Dubai market experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial leasing, business development or corporate sales.
Dubai market experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive occupancy growth and revenue by identifying prospective tenants and converting leads.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Cultivate relationships with brokers, corporate service providers, and referral partners.
Conduct office viewings and present tailored leasing solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate rental terms, and secure signed leases.
Maintain CRM records and provide weekly/ monthly sales and pipeline reports.
Manage relationships with clients and referral partners to sustain long-term occupancy.
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform strategy.
