Qualifications

• Proven track record leading leasing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Leasing Consultants to hit targets.
• Reduce vacancy periods and ensure strong marketing of available units.
• Coach agents on prospecting, presentations, negotiations and closings.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and occupancy; report to management.
