Qualifications

• Minimum 5-star luxury hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and colleagues.

• Strong time management and scheduling discipline.

Responsibilities

• Seamlessly check guests in and out, ensuring a warm, efficient welcome.
• Process guest payments and manage billing with accuracy and discretion.
• Assign rooms per guest preference and availability; accommodate special requests.
• Assist with reservations modifications, cancellations, and confirmations per policy.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally, escalating when needed.
• Promote hotel services and upsell amenities to enhance stays.
