Job summary

Career Nest Academy is seeking service staff for an award-winning Japanese fine-dining restaurant in Dubai. You will learn Japanese hospitality while serving premium Wagyu, seafood, and beverages in a demanding, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, explaining the menu and Wagyu cuts, taking orders in the POS system, and coordinating with kitchen, bar, and reception teams. A strong emphasis on teamwork, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant service experience, preferably in fine-dining or premium venues.
• Good spoken English is required for menu explanations and guest interaction.
• Additional language skills (Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, or Russian) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive, high-quality table service in a fine-dining setting.
• Explain menu, Wagyu cuts, seafood, and preparations; offer personalized recommendations.
• Take and enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Confirm allergies and dietary requirements with guests and relay to the kitchen.
• Serve courses with precise timing and coordination with kitchen, bar, and reception teams.
• Prepare tables, maintain cleanliness, and complete opening/closing duties.
• Handle payments, manage bills, and foster repeat-guest relationships.
