Job summary

RecruitMe Plus is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor for a premium dining and entertainment venue in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The role leads floor operations from 5:00 PM to close, managing the service team and ensuring superb guest experiences.

You will collaborate with kitchen and bar, upsell signature items, and mentor staff during busy evenings. English is essential; Arabic is a plus, with six-day work weeks and late-night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant operations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team management role.
• Experience in premium casual dining or nightlife venues in Dubai.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work late-night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong command of English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure high service standards.
• Coordinate service teams during peak shifts and events.
• Maintain guest flow, reservations, and seating arrangements.
• Lead, coach, and motivate waitstaff and runners.
• Upsell and support revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
