Zusammenfassung

RecruitMe Plus is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor for a premium dining and entertainment venue in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. You will lead floor operations, supervise service staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during peak evening hours.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in restaurant operations, 2+ years in a supervisory role, and a track record of managing high-volume shifts on weekends. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant operations.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or team management role.
Experience in premium casual dining, upscale restaurant, lounge, or restaurant-entertainment venue in Dubai.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Flexible to work late-night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Aufgaben

Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure efficient evening service.
Coordinate service team during busy shifts and events.
Monitor guest flow, reservations, and service efficiency.
Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards.
Lead and coach wait staff and runners; supervise pre-shift briefings.
Support upselling and revenue targets; assist with POS and billing.
