Job summary

Century Financial in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Relationship Manager with deep knowledge of financial markets to onboard new clients and manage a high-value portfolio. You will acquire HNI/UHNI clients, assess risk and suitability, offer tailored investment solutions, and drive growth through referrals, events, and diligent client engagement, including after-hours commitments.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of Sales experience in Financial/ Banking/ Insurance industry.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of financial markets.
• CISI and SCA Certification are desirable but not mandatory, eventually all candidates will be required to have them after joining.

Responsibilities

• Acquire preferred HNI & UHNI clients.
• Enhance Capital Markets knowledge through self-learning and training.
• Regularly contact and manage allocated clients to justify the value of the Premium service.
• Grow the client base through referrals and networking.
• Conduct risk assessment and suitability assessments for clients and offer aligned products.
• Engage clients at events and meetings, including evenings and weekends.
• Understand the needs of high-value clients and offer tailored support.
• Liaise with client-facing teams to maintain high service standards.
• Drive business acquisition through references and partnerships.
• Formulate sales plans to grow the HNI client base.
• Conduct mapped-client risk profiling for better advisory.
