Sky Links Capital L.L.C in Dubai seeks an experienced Premium Client Manager with a strong HNW client base and an extensive UAE/GCC network to drive trading activity.

You will manage relationships across CFDs and other instruments, onboard new clients, coordinate with Dealing, Operations, Compliance, and Partners, and leverage MT5/CQG/IRESS platforms to support sophisticated traders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in CFD brokerage or related areas.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Premium Client Manager with an established book of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and active trading clients, as well as a strong network of business partners, to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience within the CFD and financial trading industry, a strong UAE/GCC client network, and practical knowledge of trading platforms such as MetaTrader 5 (MT5), CQG, and IRESS.

The role requires a commercially driven relationship manager who can leverage an existing client and partner base while continuously developing new HNW and active trading business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with HNW, premium, and active trading clients.
• Leverage an existing book of clients and partners to generate new business and trading relationships.
• Acquire, onboard, and retain HNW and CFD trading clients.
• Develop relationships with clients trading across CFDs and other available financial instruments.
• Understand client trading requirements and provide appropriate support across MT5, CQG, IRESS, and other Company-approved trading platforms.
• Maintain regular engagement with active traders and premium clients to strengthen relationships and support client retention.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, introducers, and referral sources.
• Develop a strong pipeline of prospective HNW and trading clients.
• Identify opportunities to increase client engagement and business activity.
• Coordinate with Dealing, Operations, Compliance, and other relevant departments to support client requirements.
• Represent the Company at client meetings, industry events, networking functions, and business development activities.
• Achieve agreed targets relating to client acquisition, deposits/funding, trading activity, revenue, retention, and business development.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, prospects, partners, referrals, and business opportunities.
• Ensure all client acquisition and onboarding activities comply with applicable KYC, AML, regulatory, and Company requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CFD brokerage, financial markets, trading, HNW relationship management, institutional/premium client management, or a similar financial services environment.
• Established and demonstrable book of HNW and active trading clients is essential.
• Existing network of business partners, introducers, and referral sources is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in acquiring and managing CFD and active trading clients.
• Strong working knowledge of CFDs and financial markets.
• Practical knowledge and client-facing experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5), CQG, and IRESS platforms.
• Good understanding of trading platforms, order execution, market products, and the requirements of sophisticated and active traders.
• Strong existing network within the UAE/GCC financial and trading market is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate business through existing client relationships, referrals, partnerships, and professional networks.
• Understanding of KYC, AML, client onboarding, and regulatory requirements within financial services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
