Job description

Engagement: Full-time · Based in the DIFC (candidates ideally resident in the GCC or prepared to relocate to Dubai)

About the company

Company is a diversified investment platform operating across private and public markets. What was once a focused manager has, over recent years, grown into a multidisciplinary firm with meaningful presence across several complementary business lines – an expansion supported by significant investment in senior talent and infrastructure.

Underpinning the platform is a highly experienced in-house investment team covering both public and private asset classes, enabling a broader and more sophisticated range of client solutions than most peers can offer. Company is also a Category 2A-licensed entity – a sought-after authorisation held by relatively few firms - which further reinforces the strength and credibility of the platform.

Their platform today spans:
  • Venture Capital Secondaries — We advise on single-company and fund secondary opportunities, underpinned by long-standing relationships with Tier 1 general partners across the United States, Europe, and Asia, and access to an extensive and active network of limited partners. We are additionally establishing our own SPVs, through which company acts as Fund and SPV Manager, investing directly in companies we believe hold exceptional return potential.
  • Asset Management — Our asset management division runs conviction-led equity strategies across Indian and global markets:
    • India — Two India-focused funds: the Investment Opportunities Fund, a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) spanning pre-IPO opportunities, late-stage disruptors, and growth-stage companies alongside selected listed equities; and the Global Opportunities Fund, a Singapore-domiciled Variable Capital Company (VCC) backing India's high-growth sectors and companies at critical inflection points.
    • Global — The High Conviction Equity AMC, a geography-agnostic global equity strategy that applies a private-markets lens to public equities — using PE/VC pricing and deal insight to target mispriced, undervalued businesses with durable fundamentals. Open-ended with daily liquidity, offered in collaboration with J.P. Morgan as issuer, administrator, and custodian
  • Structured Products — A significant and growing franchise in which we serve as a market aggregator for a broad network of external asset managers, with deep connectivity across the principal issuers and banks in the market.
  • Cash Bond Broking — A dedicated fixed-income broking desk and team.
  • Placement Advisory — A newly established capability, staffed by senior professionals with extensive experience raising capital from leading family offices, sovereign wealth funds, institutions, and banks across the GCC and Europe.
The Role

This is not a business development or prospecting mandate. Company is seeking private bankers of standing to assume a senior, client-facing position within its growing wealth franchise – established professionals who advise a meaningful base of private client assets, built over a sustained career in private banking. With company's multi-line capability and growing OCIO offering behind you, you will be positioned to serve those assets with greater breadth and sophistication than most institutions can provide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship holder and trusted advisor for a portfolio of UHNW, family office, and HNW clients, acting as their principal point of contact
  • Develop and implement tailored wealth strategies that deepen and grow each relationship over time, delivering a level of service and access commensurate with the firm's standards.
  • Introduce clients to the full breadth of company's platform – venture secondaries and SPVs, global and emerging-market equity strategies, structured products, fixed income, and our OCIO offering – aligning solutions to each client's objectives.
  • Work alongside the firm's in-house investment team to construct portfolio and investment solutions across public and private markets, keeping strategies current and appropriately aligned with client objectives.
  • Communicate complex financial concepts and investment strategies clearly, ensuring clients understand the associated risks.
  • Uphold the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and fiduciary care in every client interaction.
  • Ensure client onboarding, documentation, suitability, and periodic reviews meet all applicable regulatory and control standards.
Candidate Profile
  • 10+ years as a private banker, relationship manager, or wealth advisor to UHNW, family office, and HNW clients.
  • An established base of private client assets, developed over a sustained career in private banking.
  • A demonstrable record of retaining and growing client relationships over the long term.
  • Strong knowledge of investments, banking, and credit products, and of prevailing market conditions.
  • A sophisticated command of both public and private market solutions, including alternatives and structured products.
  • Ideally resident in the GCC, with willingness to be based in our Dubai (DIFC) office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across investment, compliance, and support functions.
  • Impeccable professional reputation, integrity, and references.
  • Relevant regulatory qualifications and good standing (DFSA or equivalent an advantage), with the ability to transition relationships in an orderly and compliant manner.
What they Offer
  • A senior seat at a growing, multi-line platform at a defining stage in its development, with a clear and well-resourced growth ambition.
  • A broad and genuinely differentiated product shelf – private markets, public equities, structured products, fixed income, and OCIO – supported by an experienced in-house investment team and booking capabilities in Switzerland and Singapore.
  • Full flexibility to bring additional relationship managers or support staff as part of your move.
  • An efficient, commercially minded onboarding process, enabling you to establish and serve your clients without unnecessary delay.
  • An entrepreneurial and ambitious environment in one of the world's leading financial centres.
  • Competitive compensation, comprising a base together with a meaningful profit-share arrangement; structure and specifics will be discussed in the course of the process.
