Job summary

Accor is seeking a Bartender - Hotel Bar Service in Dubai to deliver premium beverage service in a four- or five-star hotel. You will prepare cocktails, mocktails, wines and beers, maintain stock, handle cashiering duties, and create engaging guest experiences while upholding presentation, safety, and service standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of bartending in upscale venues, a hospitality qualification, and HACCP knowledge.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Vocational Hospitality or equivalent.
Minimum 1–2 years of bartending in a four- or five-star hotel or upscale venue.
HACCP certification and full compliance with food safety standards.
Comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and beverage service.
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent drink quality.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, and beers according to approved recipes.
Follow presentation guidelines, garnish standards, and glassware requirements.
Maintain knowledge of bar products, promotions, and inventory.
