Job summary

Ali & Sons Motors in the UAE seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to welcome customers, identify vehicle needs, and present features and benefits of our premium models. You will promote services including registration and insurance, and tailor quotes and financing options to each client.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive sales, fluent Arabic and English, and a presentable, proactive attitude in a premium environment. UAE driving license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Presentable, proactive and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements and preferences.
• Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, performance, and benefits to customers.
• Promote Ali & Sons services at the point of sale, including registration and insurance.
• Recommend suitable optional equipment and accessories based on customer needs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Prepare and communicate accurate pricing, discounts, financing, and quotations.
• Advise customers on availability of new and used models.
• Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing customers.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New & Used Car Storekeeper.
• Coordinate with Sales Customer Relations regarding registration and insurance.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on models and promotions.
• Ensure a professional and seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager.
