Job summary

Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory (ASMEF) in Abu Dhabi is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Executive to identify customer needs, present MG models, and close sales with professional service.

You will build relationships, achieve sales targets,Prepare quotations and coordinate registrations, insurance, and delivery with internal teams. Fluency in English and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred; automotive environment experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience within automotive or car sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of standard computer applications.
• Strong telephone and computer skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and identify their vehicle requirements and preferences.
• Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, performance, and benefits to customers.
• Provide information about available models, including current and upcoming availability.
• Explain services offered at the point of sale including registration, insurance, financing, and aftersales.
• Recommend relevant optional equipment and accessories based on customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to dealership objectives.
• Prepare accurate sales quotations including prices, discounts, financing, and costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to maximize opportunities.
• Coordinate vehicle registration and insurance with the Sales team.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery with the Storekeeper for smooth handover.
• Keep customers informed throughout purchasing and delivery process.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Provide a professional customer experience aligned with MG and Ali & Sons standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Manager.
