Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, preferably in retail or Premier banking sales.
• Knowledge of core banking products and the Premier proposition.
• Experience using CRM or relationship-management platforms.
• Understanding of branch operations and local compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, influencing, teamwork and client-service skills.
• Money Laundering Awareness certification is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain required professional or regulatory qualifications.
• A full-time degree of at least three years is essential for UAE visa and work permit.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality sales and administrative support to PWRMs, including appointment setting and client servicing.
• Respond to client enquiries, resolve routine transactional requests and direct clients to the appropriate channels when needed.
• Manage client contact, event reminders and CRM updates to maintain accurate and active client records.
• Prepare sales documentation, input data, generate reports and coordinate with support functions to complete client requests.
• Support the smooth delivery of suitable product and wealth solutions, ensuring effective follow-up.
• Handle client complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve routine matters at the first point of contact.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the PWRM client portfolio using CRM and analytical tools.
• Ensure wealth-deal input quality and error rates remain within required standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant products, services, processes and regulatory requirements.
