Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. in Dubai is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the sales organization in pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales within a defined territory. You will lead technical aspects of the sales cycle, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and participate in POCs with internal and customer teams.

You will need a strong security background, able to articulate Fortinet solutions, and maintain relationships with customers. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales engineering and end-to-end deal handling.
• Strong security technology knowledge including encryption, PKI and IPSEC.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle for Enterprise customers.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs and participate in POCs.
• Understand customer technical requirements and design solutions.
• Position Fortinet solutions and present via whitepapers and discussions.
• Collaborate with sales partner and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and account information in Salesforce.
