Fortinet is seeking a Systems Engineer to collaborate with a sales representative in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on supporting the sales organization in pre-sales, during sales calls and post-sales, ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction across complex enterprise deals.

You will lead technical aspects of cycles, understand customer requirements, and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, using Fortinet solutions to outpace competitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales engineering and end-to-end deals.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of security technologies and threat landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle for Enterprise customers, from RFIs to RFQs and POCs.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers and partners.
• Keep Salesforce CRM updated with activity, contacts and accounts.
• Continuously expand Fortinet knowledge and competitive awareness.
• Support pre-sales, sales calls and post-sales activities.
