We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to fill the role of Team Lead Purchase within our dental clinic operations As part of our team in Dubai you ll work in an ONSITE environment taking a central role in overseeing the purchasing function and managing inventory and store processes to ensure seamless clinical operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the purchase function for all dental clinic supplies
• Coordinate with dental specialists and other departments to assess procurement needs
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely availability of materials
• Oversee the management and organization of the clinic s store maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Monitor purchasing budgets and provide regular reporting to management
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies regarding procurement and inventory
• Implement best practices for store management and material handling to support operational efficiency
• Train and guide junior staff involved in purchasing and stock management

Qualifications

• Proven experience heading and managing the purchase and store operations of a dental clinic or similar healthcare facility.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of dental clinic materials, instruments, and consumable supplies.
• Solid knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
• Ability to work effectively in an ONSITE, fast-paced setting in Dubai.
• Attention to detail and high level of organizational skills.
• Academic background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in dental clinics in the UAE.
