Job summary

Dr Joy Dental Clinics is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead operations across a Dubai-based dental group. You will oversee Front Desk, Coordinators, Nurses, and Doctors, drive patient flow, schedule optimisation, and revenue-generating strategies within DHA-compliant policies.

The role demands strong leadership, communication, and analytics to monitor KPIs, improve patient satisfaction, and ensure high service standards in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Practice Manager, Clinic Manager, or Healthcare Operations Manager in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong knowledge of dental clinic operations, patient journey, scheduling, insurance processes, and revenue management.
• Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams, including Front Desk, Treatment Coordinators, Nurses, and Doctors.
• Experience driving revenue growth, patient acquisition, treatment plan conversion, and operational KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of DHA regulations, healthcare compliance, and clinic policies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Ability to analyze reports, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve clinic performance.
• Experience handling patient complaints and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.
• Proficient in clinic management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation.
• Preferred: Previous experience in a high-volume dental group in the UAE.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic speaking would be an advantage.
