Job summary

LINKVIVA Live Communications invites a Power Manager to oversee all temporary power needs across our events. You will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient distribution, collaborating with production and technical teams to keep projects running smoothly.

You will lead planning, monitoring, and tightening on-site power delivery, with expertise in generators and load balancing to maintain uninterrupted operations in a fast-paced live environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical or technical background required with hands-on experience in power systems.
• Proven experience managing power systems for large-scale events or sites.
• Strong understanding of temporary power, generators, and load distribution.
• Fluent in English; based in the UAE or willing to relocate within the region.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage temporary power distribution systems across events.
• Coordinate generators, cabling, and load balancing for efficient supply.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and electrical regulations.
• Collaborate with technical and production teams to meet project requirements.
• Monitor power usage and ensure system efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve power-related issues in real time.
• Oversee setup, testing, and breakdown of power infrastructure on-site.
• Maintain accurate documentation and power plans.

About the Role

AsPower Manager, you will oversee all temporary power requirements across LINKVIVA’s events, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient power distributionalways.

This is ahands-on technical leadership rolewhere you plan, manage, and monitor power systems acrossthe site, working closely with production and technical teams to ensure uninterrupted delivery.

What You Need to Apply
