Job summary

LINKVIVA Live Communications in Dubai seeks an experienced Stage Manager to lead live show delivery, coordinating talent, crew, and technical teams from rehearsals through to performances. You will drive timing, cues, and transitions while maintaining on-stage safety and exceptional show quality.

In this hands-on, high-pressure role, you will ensure alignment across production teams, adapt in real time, and deliver seamless experiences for live audiences across large-scale events in the Middle

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stage management or live show delivery.
• Strong understanding of live production processes and stage operations.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Based in the UAE or open to relocation.

• Oversee all stage operations during rehearsals and live shows.
