Job summary

DG Jones and Partners in Dubai seeks a Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control and contract administration throughout the post‑contract phase of ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in valuations, cost reporting, and contractual documentation, with UAE consultancy exposure and site coordination capabilities.

Requirements include 7–10 years total experience, at least 2 years local UAE experience, and the ability to work from Dubai.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of overall professional experience, including at least 2 years of relevant local experience in Dubai/UAE.
• Background in consultancy environment with strong understanding of contractual procedures, cost control, and client communication.
• Proven experience on building and villa projects with knowledge of construction methodologies, material specifications, and measurement standards.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills, with ability to prepare valuations, cost reports, and contractual documentation accurately.
• Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle preferred for site visits and coordination.
• Based in Dubai and available to join within a reasonable timeframe.
