Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain POS terminals at cashier stations.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 help desk support for end-user devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops and laptops.
• Respond to IT support tickets promptly and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and upgrades.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure system readiness.
• Support IT asset management, including inventory tracking.
• Travel to retail locations for on-site support as needed.
