Job summary

Aldr is seeking a Senior Development Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead large-scale retail, residential and mixed-use projects from inception through completion. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, conduct feasibility studies and build robust financial models to support investment decisions.

The role requires extensive experience in real estate development, strong procurement knowledge and a track record of delivering projects on time within budgets. UAE market knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of development management experience in large retail real estate assets.
• 4+ years in a managerial position in real estate development.
• Experience with GCC large master developers and high-value projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects from inception to completion including feasibility studies.
• Coordinate internal and external consultants and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage pipeline of developments on land bank.
• Prepare and review feasibility studies for residential, retail and mixed-use assets.
• Develop financial models and manage development appraisal process.
• Ensure delivery within Investment Control Process and timelines.
• Collaborate with procurement to select consultants and contractors.
• Provide progress reports and address major issues or conflicts.
