Accor is seeking a commercially driven Portfolio Manager to lead revenue performance across a portfolio of MEA APAC hotels. This role involves developing and executing revenue management strategies to maximise RevPAR, market share and profitability, working remotely with hotel leadership to meet commercial objectives.

You will partner with GMs and senior leaders, manage forecasting and pricing, analyse market trends and drive initiatives to optimise revenue and distribution channels across the

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Commerce or related discipline.
• 3-5 years' experience in Revenue Management, ideally supporting multiple hotels or a regional portfolio.
• Strong expertise in revenue management principles, pricing strategies and distribution channels, with advanced proficiency in Excel, BI tools and IDeaS RMS.
• Fluency in English with additional languages preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop pricing, inventory and distribution strategies aligned with brand standards and regional objectives.
• Manage forecasting, segmentation, pricing and inventory planning to optimise revenue.
• Build partnerships with General Managers, Executive Committees and key stakeholders including Directors of Sales & Marketing and Finance leaders.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and demand patterns to inform strategy.
• Drive initiatives to improve RevPAR, market share and cost of sale.
• Lead daily revenue briefings and facilitate weekly/monthly RevMAX meetings.
• Conduct post-event/period analyses to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Monitor effectiveness of initiatives and communicate updates to hotel leadership.
• Champion best-practice revenue management across the portfolio with data-driven guidance.
