Role Description

The Portfolio Manager - Real Estate Sales is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dubai. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate assets, identifying new investment and sales opportunities, and overseeing end‑to‑end transaction processes. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting market and property analysis, preparing investment proposals, coordinating property viewings, negotiating terms with buyers and investors, and maintaining accurate portfolio and sales records. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting portfolio performance updates, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall investment objectives. The Portfolio Manager is expected to meet sales targets while upholding high standards of advisory quality, compliance, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in real estate portfolio management, sales, or investment advisory, preferably in Dubai or similar markets.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, market research, and property valuation to support data‑driven investment decisions.
• Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation to effectively engage investors and buyers.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and assets simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, real estate listing platforms, and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of regional real estate regulations, compliance requirements, and investment structures in the UAE.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
