Felicita Agency in Dubai seeks a Portfolio Manager / Real Estate Agent to manage a growing property portfolio and provide exceptional client service on-site. You will source, list, show properties, advise on market conditions, pricing and investment opportunities, and negotiate contracts.

You will keep CRM data up-to-date and collaborate with teams and partners while supporting marketing initiatives with automation tools.

Formación

• Strong real estate portfolio management skills incl. sourcing, listing & tenant/client relationships.
• Experience in sales, negotiation & deal closing in real estate or related sector.
• Ability to use CRM, automation tools & digital marketing to manage leads.

Role Description

The Portfolio Manager / Real Estate Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for managing and expanding a real estate portfolio while providing exceptional client service. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and listing properties, conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities, and negotiating offers and contracts. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring timely follow-up with leads and existing clients. The Portfolio Manager / Real Estate Agent will also support marketing activities, including preparing property presentations, collaborating on AI-driven campaigns, and using automation tools to enhance lead generation and conversion. The position requires consistent on-site presence for meetings, showings, and local market engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong real estate portfolio management skills, including property sourcing, listing, and tenant/client relationship management.
• Experience in sales, negotiation, and deal closing within the real estate or related sector.
• Ability to use CRM platforms, automation tools, and digital marketing solutions to manage leads and optimize performance.
• Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, legal frameworks, and transaction processes, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple properties and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an advantage.
• Relevant experience as a real estate agent, portfolio manager, or in a similar role; RERA certification or eligibility to obtain it is preferred.
