Job summary

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is seeking an Outlet Manager for Pool Bar Service to lead day-to-day restaurant operations and drive the annual business plan. You will coordinate with the Director of F&B to set revenue targets, manage budgets, monitor guest satisfaction, and ensure premium service and presentation across all outlets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in luxury hospitality, with 2-3 years in a managerial role, and holds relevant degrees plus a Health and Safety certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field.
• Master's degree in Hotel Management.
• Health and Safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, guiding teamwork and smooth flow of service.
• Develop and present annual business plan, revenue targets and budget for review with the Director of F&B.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, respond to feedback and maintain image quality.
• Track progress against business plan and forecast, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain high service standards, food quality and presentation to meet guest expectations.
• Develop and implement marketing, advertising and PR programs to attract patrons.
• Monitor reports, feedback, competitor activity and trends to ensure successful concepts and services.
• Stay updated with industry trends through workshops and networking to maintain competitive advantage.
• Oversee purchasing, stock control and food cost management, selecting high-quality products and minimizing waste.
